Electromagnetic fields absolutely can and do have harmful effects on humans and other life forms. Nature produces its own EMFs, but they are a constantly varying symphony of different frequencies at different amplitudes, never repeating themselves exactly. Our bodies are designed to live in harmony with the frequencies of nature and there are several healing properties of being exposed to the miraculous resonance of nature.

You probably had times in your life when things weren’t going right, it felt like everything is just a mess, then maybe you went for a walk outside, listened to chirping birds, or sat at the beach digging your toes in the sand, observing and taking in the sound of the ocean that felt better than any other therapy. We experience the balancing effects of our surroundings often, but in our modern world we also have to deal with the manmade frequencies that disrupt our harmony. Unfortunately we have got to a point when it is almost inevitable to be exposed to man-made frequencies and it is getting stronger, more potent, harming our health and the health of all forms of life. This includes, plants, animals, and also other organisms that lived within and around us since the beginning of time, like fungus, bacteria and other microscopic organisms.

Electromagnetic fields, aka EMF include wireless radiation or radio frequency radiation, that are emitted from all wireless devices and electrical appliances.

Unfortunately, the protein coating on each cell cannot recognize EMF, as our bodies did not evolve to recognize this unnatural signal. The advancement of electromagnetic technology has been incredibly fast over the past century, and it is physically impossible for our bodies to keep up with this rapidly changing environment.

As a result, we may experience symptoms such as:

Grounding on earth often

Grounding has several health benefits, including reducing inflammation, pain, enhances mood, improves sleep quality, improves blood pressure and blood flow, clears your mind, calms your emotions, helps to destress and decrease the harmful effects of non-native frequencies. Being grounded can mean to be fully present in your body and feeling connected to the earth. Gounding to the Earth is also called Earthing. There is a wonderful book, called Earthing by Clinton Ober, that has fascinating information on this practice. By using this method, you are connecting your physical body (your skin) to the earth. The theory is that earthing allows the transfer of negatively charged electrons from the Earth’s surface into your body. These electrons neutralize positively charged free radicals that contribute to chronic inflammation. In our modern way of living we hardly ever connect with the Earth below our feet. In ancient times shoes were made with natural materials, like animal skin, wood, cowhide. Nowadays most shoes have rubber soles and made with synthetic materials, that break our connection to the Earth. To complete this practice, just take off your shoes and socks and get outside. Find a spot of grass, sand or dirt that you can stand on, walk or lie down. Standing with 2 feet on the ground creates a strong grounding effect. It is recommended to ground for at least 20 minutes a day to experience the best results, but even if you can only do 5 minutes a day, it will positively affect your health.

Some extra tips:

  • Avoid grass sprayed with pesiticides

  • Be aware of broken glass or debris

  • Avoid walking barefoot on asphalt

Exposure to sunlight (without sunscreen)

Benefits of sunlight without sunscreen include:

  • Boosting Vitamin D levels, that is essential for the absorption and utilization of other key nutrients.

  • Maintains our circadian rhythm

  • Boosting the release of serotonin, your feel good hormone/neurotransmitter, that helps you feel more calm, positive and focused.

  • Increases motivation by boosting dopamine levels.

  • Helps with detoxification processes

  • Boosts testosterone in men

  • Helps our skin to produce beta-endorphins

Red light therapy/PEMF Therapy

Red light therapy and other light therapies have numerous benefits. In order to make sure you are doing it right, make sure you purchase a device that is emitting low EMFs. I personally recommend MITOred Light Therapy devices, as they emphasize the importance of low EMFs and design their products to improve the body’s natural defense against harmful frequencies.

Drink Structured/sun charged water

Drinking clean, filtered water is an absolute must to maintain optimal health. Unfortunately our water supply is severely polluted with agricultural and landscaping chemicals, pharmaceutical drugs, parasitic organisms, bacteria, heavy metals and more. Reverse osmosis or Distilled water filtration systems can help you mitigate the exposure. After re-mineralizing your clean water, make sure you activate/structure it as well. The easiest way is to place your water out in the sun in a glass container and let it soak in the suns energy. You can also purchase products to help you structure the water, like a MAYU swirl water pitcher or AliveWater water-dispenser, that is designed to restructure your water after filtration.

Listen to healing frequencies (Schumann resonance, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, classical music, solfeggio frequencies)

The sound of nature has a miraculous ability to calm our nervous system and help us get centered. Getting outside and tune in to these sounds can bring your body and mind into a more balanced state.

Shungite

Shungite is a mineral, a black rock found in the Karelia region in Russia. It contains over 98% carbon and it is effective agains EMFs because of the presence of fullerenes in it. Shungite also has water purifying properties and can be beneficial to help with headaches, colds, allergies and promotes general well-being. When used for EMF protection, you can place the stone near the EMF source, wear it as jewelry, use shungite products for your smart phone, or have a shungite cube or pyramid on your desk at work.
